Five Free Things to do in DC This Weekend



Looking for something to do this weekend?  Here are five suggestions for a fun and culture filled weekend:

Get FREE tickets to a museum that usually charges.  Some of the participating museums are: The Newseum, Dumbarton Oak Gardens and the National Building Museum.


There are several farmers markets that happen throughout the week in DC.  Here are three that are happening this Saturday:

Two free filmsRohmer in Paris and The Girl at the Monceau Bakery will be shown at the National Gallery of Art this Saturday, September 26th at 2:30 pm.



The concert featuring the Washington Saxophone Quartet will be held in the Sculpture Garden on Sunday, September 27th.  There will be a performance at 12:00 and a performance at 1:00.



Get outdoors this weekend and enjoy the fall weather with a picnic, run, walk or bike ride in Rock Creek Park.
